M365 Outlook Migration **Please Read**

Commencing Friday evening 1st August 2025

Expected completion is Monday morning 4th August 2025

YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO OUTLOOK

To access your emails:

Desktop go to outlook.com and sign in with your SJOG credentials

Mobile download outlook application / use MS Authenticator to sign in

If you utilise PST (under Outlook Data File, using folders to save your emails), you will no longer have access to view these emails.

The advice from the Digital Workplace Team is to copy these emails back into your Inbox and if your inbox storage limit exceeds allowance, save large attachments to network drive then remove the attachment from the email:
