Version 3 updates


Due to the recent system changes, the submit button is no longer functioning, it will now prompt to manually attach the completed form to an email to admissions.


UPDATES

  1. Reg / Consultants prompt to manually attach completed form.

  2. JMO to Approver workflow.

  3. PSIS lookup button and Document Code field.


There is also a JMO to Approver workflow to allow JMO's to complete the electronic form and email it to an approver, who can then email to admissions.



  1. Reg / Consultants prompt to manually attach completed form.

    Click CONFIRM button to check all required fields have been entered.

Clicking CONFIRM will also timestamp the document with the prompt to save the PDF and email to admissions

  1. JMO to Approver workflow.

    JMO's can check the "I am a JMO completing this form" checkbox, which amends the submission criteria:

    Clicking CONFIRM will check all required fields have been completed, and give the prompt to save the PDF and send it to the approver (Reg or Consultant)

    The approver is to add their name and click APPROVER CONFIRMED

    Clicking APPROVER CONFIRMED will add a timestamp and prompt to save the PDF and email to admissions

  1. PSIS lookup button and Document Code field.

    Within the procedures section, there is a button to search for the procedure/s and a text box to enter the document code/s (e.g E03, GS13)
